REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
